SESSIONS & RATES
In-calls and out-calls are
available. All sessions are strictly professional, performed by
a certified massage therapist using a comfortable,
state-of-the-art table with non-greasy, non-staining Biotone
crèmes. A shower is available before and/or after in-calls.
Rates are $60 for 1-hour
sessions and $80 for ninety-minute sessions. Ninety-minute
sessions are recommended for all deep-tissue work. “Spot
Sessions” are also available to address specific muscular
concerns or injuries (e.g., 1-hour back/neck/shoulders
intensive). Rates are the same for all sessions.
As this is a technique where therapist and client work together
to free the muscles, you'll be reminded often during the session
to breathe and tune your awareness to specific areas of your
body to allow them to let go and relax. You'll also learn cues
you can give yourself between sessions to reactivate the work
for a long time after you've left the table.
